St. Thomas - 2011

Title: I Can See Our Ship From Up Here

Done for a DT challenge at ScrapShotz, this layout was done using all Making Memories products.

This is the view we saw from a hill overlooking St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. You could just see our ship tucked in one of the bays.

Wrong View - 2011

This is the view of the Philadelphia skyline on the first morning of our vacation. It was SUPPOSED to be a view of a tropical paradise from our Cruise ship. But since we had missed our flight, we were stuck overnight in Philly.....

This project was done for the August Layout Tag over at ScrapShotz.

Hats off to the United Way - 2006

This layout shows our United Way team wearing the hats that we each made for the United Way kick-off in 2006. I suggested that we all make hats representing different types of houses (since we all worked at Canada Mortgage and HOUSING Corporation). Page 1 shows a close-up of each house and the page 2 all the people in the group.

The layout is a bit "busy" for my taste and is done using a CTMH kit and sketch. But it's done and there you go....

Cruise - 2011

For another challenge over at ScrapShotz - this time to use diecuts for a border. The PP and diecut/journaling blocks are all CTMH.

This is the cruise ship we were on in March - this layout will be the first page for this trip album.

On the way home from Virginia, we stopped at Hershey World (Hershey, PA).

This layout was done for a challenge over at ScrapShotz to use orange and blue.

Eye Spy - 2011

This layout is for a Layout Tag over at ScrapShotz. It was good to use up some of my MANY cat papers I have accumulated over the years....

These two cats are Rocket and Purcy, brothers who belong to our friends in Virginia. Every day they wanted the patio door open (the screen was closed though) so they could look for the chipmunk that lives nearby.
