Family Fun - 2011

The second layout done at the CTMH Workshop on Friday using the Lucky kit.

I just spent a week down at my parents and was able to get photos of my sister, niece, nephew and great-niece. Then my parents came home with me and I got a great shot of my mom relaxing in the recliner.

Coral World - 2011

This layout was done during my CTMH Workshop this past Friday, using the "Lucky" kit.

The photos were taken at Coral World in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, one of the stops on our cruise we took in March. I just LOVE the photo of the iguana. I was able to get really close to him (or her) and get this great shot.

Griffiths Visit - 2009

I finally scrapped the ONLY photo of the Griffiths family visit in 2009. My camera had broken just before their arrival.

This layout uses a sketch posted on the SCRAPSHOTZ forum.

Cabane a Sucre (Sugar Bush) - 2011

Project 12 March sketch layout using February SCRAPSHOTZ kit. I cut the tree out freehand and even added a little bucket.

Bucket List - 2011

I received one of those "bucket lists" in an email so I filled it in and printed it off on this layout.

This layout was for a challenge over at SCRAPSHOTZ to do a layout about me.

Sweet Sixteen - 1969

It was my turn to do the "Fabulous Friday" post on the ScrapShotz blog ( http://scrapshotz.blogspot.com/ ), so I chose "Inspired By" as my challenge. I was inspired by my original Tammy doll who is "sweet sixteen". I found a photo of me at 16 and did a layout. I look like a tomboy (which I was NOT) so I had to "girly" up the layout somewhat. The journaling lists lots of statistics about me when I was 16: name, where I was living, school & grade, friends, hobbies, fave movies, TV shows and music.....etc. etc.....whatever I could remember.

The layout uses the paper from BoBunny's Grabrielle line.

Wild West - 1979

While vacationing in Florida, Bonnie and I decided to do one of these fun dress-up photoshoots. She is the prissy school ma'rm and I am the saloon gal.

This layout was done for a "hidden journaling" challenge. My journaling is behind the shutters. I used the ScrapShotz April kit.

The Halloween Pantie Story - 2008

Yet another challenge over at the ScrapShotz to do a "silly" layout. And what's more silly than a friend holding up a pair of Halloween panties.

Crocs - 2011

For a challenge on the ScrapShotz forum to make a layout using a photo with no face (in other words, photos of feet, hands, the back of people, etc.). I've been wanting to do a layout about my love of Crocs, so this was a perfect opportunity.

Sketch by Julie Bonner.

Journaling:
I never really liked Crocs when I first saw them - I thought they were ugly. But when I got a stress fracture on my foot a few years ago, these shoes were the only thing I could wear without pain. I fell in love, they were SO comfortable. Now I wear them everywhere. I have several pairs - these new ones are my Canadian Crocs! March - 2011
