Dad's 80th Birthday Book

My dad just turned 80 this past weekend (on Victoria Day) and this is the album I made for him. It is a 20 page, 6x6 album that was all done digitally. I have loaded them in, 5 pages at a time, so you have to scroll down to see the rest of them.

Note: He is not actually standing in front of the Coronation Street Pub (he wishes!), I just photoshopped him in.

Easter - 2009

The 2nd layout done at CTMH WOTG with the Miracle kit. Again, we used "flip flaps" to include more photos.

These photos were taken in Virginia at B&Y's place while we were dying Easter eggs.

Scrappin' at Angela's - 2007

This is one of two layouts done at the CTMH WOTG (Workshop on the Go) on Sunday, using the "Miracle" kit. We used "flip flaps" to include more photos.

I used to go to a monthly CTMH workshop at Angela's place. It was always so much fun learning new techniques and crafting some cool projects.

Kauia Resort - 2009

I was scrapping with the gals from my old workplace this past Thursday and did up this layout using the Floral Fantasy kit from CTMH.

This is the resort we stayed at while in Kauai. It was our favourite because it was more like an apartment than a hotel room. We shared it with B&Y and each had our own bedroom. We were able to save some money by buying groceries and cooking it in our own kitchen (well B did all the cooking!) There were b-b-q's on site near the pool to cook our steaks on. From our balcony, we had a great view of the ocean with our own private beach. Just beautiful!
